We regret to inform you that production of Nutrimeal is delayed. Due to this delay, we will stop taking orders of Nutrimeal and Diet Pack until we get new inventory.

However, if these items are already included in your Auto Order prior to this date, it will be shipped as usual. Please note that if the current stock is gone, we will handle Nutrimeal orders as a backorder (deliver after arrival of new stock).

We foresee restocking in December.

We Listened | Cancel Your Auto Order OnlineEnglish

Thanks to the feedback given through the Customer Listening Program, any Associate or Preferred Customer can now cancel their Auto Order with just a few, easy clicks:

• Navigate to the Auto Order Management page online.
• Select the Auto Order you’d like to cancel.
• Click “More Options”, then click "I want to cancel".
• Select reasons for cancellation, then click "Cancel Auto Order".

This new feature also offers several options for customers to modify their order rather than cancelling. Plus, it encourages those who do cancel to provide feedback on why they’ve decided to stop their Auto Order.

This freedom and flexibility will help customers feel more comfortable and willing to engage with USANA. A few ways this feature can enhance your customer’s USANA experience include:

Relieves pressure. An easier Auto Order cancellation process will help potential customers feel less pressured and more willing to engage with you and try the products you share. When encouraging your customers to sign up for Auto Order, make sure they know how easy it is to cancel.

Provides more opportunities for enrollments. A simpler cancellation process means potential customers who originally decided against signing up for Auto Order may be more willing to do so now. It also makes it easier for customers to enroll again if they’ve cancelled their Auto Order.
Share this new feature with those who have recently cancelled or been hesitant to sign up.

Encourages feedback. It’s important for everyone in the USANA family to listen to the needs and wants of the customers with whom we build relationships. And more feedback can help us—and you—create a more comfortable and positive customer experience. Encourage your customers to participate in the Customer Listening Program and give us honest feedback if they do decide to cancel their Auto Order.
