USANA Japan Preferred Customer Enrollment gets EASIER!English

Effective 11th of May 2015, to make USANA products easier to purchase, USANA Japan will simplify Preferred Customer enrollment process through these 2 options:

1. NEW Preferred Customer Application Form
– Enrollment form and Product Order form are combined in one page with English translation
【How to get the New Preferred Customer Application Form】
● Print and download from the HUB
[Login→マイビジネス(My Business)→書式/価格表(Forms)]
● At USANA Japan Office Counter
● Make a request to Customer Service by phone or email.
[The form will be sent through mail for free]

2. Preferred Customer Mail Form
-Enrollment by just filling out all necessary information online.
● No need to submit an application form
● Accessible through computer, smart phone or cellphone

during regular business hour (Mon-Fri 10am-7pm)

New Preferred Customers who will register on or after the effective date will receive a “Welcome Kit”. This kit includes USANA product catalog, rolling calendar and price list.



Along with this change, the Associate’s application form will be renewed. Introduction Kits purchased on or after the effective date are enclosed with NEW Associate application form. However, you may still use the old application form for enrollment.

★What is Preferred Customer?★
Preferred Customers may only purchase products and enjoy Initial Order Reward and 10% Auto Order discount. Registration and renewal fees are all FREE.
Note: Preferred Customers cannot introduce and earn any commission.

In the week of Golden Week (cycle 3; May 3rd), Auto Order call will be provided on Thursday May 7th. Please be aware that commission statements and shipment delivery will be delayed accordingly.

Our office is closed during the Golden Week; Monday May 4 through May 6.

Seminar& Meeting Room use

In February 2015, our Seminar space and meeting rooms are open on 2nd and 4th Saturday on trial.
After the last several week, we learned that Saturday use is very limited at this moment. We discontinue opening our spaces on Saturdays effective May 2015.

Auto Order & Initial Order Pickup Available

Effective May 11, 2015 to provide better services, we start Auto Order and Initial Order pick up at USANA Japan office counter.

Our office counter is open Monday-Friday 1pm-7pm.

To choose "Pickup" Option for your Auto Order, please call Customer Service before your Auto Order week until our system is ready. Please do not forget to pick up your Auto Order within your Auto Order week.

(Note)
● Due to the limited inventory, you may not pick up all products.
● All orders which are NOT picked up for 4 weeks will be processed as returning products with 90% purchased price.

1、「カスタマ会員申込書」― 会員申込と注文書が1ページになります!
【入手方法】
●オンライン上の会員専用ページ
(ログイン後→マイビジネス→書式/価格表)
●オフィス窓口
●郵送(カスタマーサービスへお電話でご依頼ください。無料で郵送します!)

2、カスタマ会員専用メールフォーム -メールフォームに入力するだけでお申込みは完了!
●書面の提出は不要です。
●パソコン、スマートフォン、携帯からもご利用できます。
*メールフォームは、近日公開予定です
*登録手続きはオフィスの営業時間内
(平日10時~19時)に行われます。
