Auto Order Pickup Option Now Available OnlineEnglish

Auto Order and Initial Order Pick up is now available
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Effective from May 11th, members can now pick-up their Auto Order at USANA office by informing USANA customer service through phone, email, or fax. Starting from now, you can choose this “Pick-up” option online.


To choose this option, please go to Auto Order Change page and choose 「オフィス窓口」(office counter) and click 「保存」(Save) button at the bottom of the page.

USANA Japan office is open for pick-up from Monday through Friday, 13:00-19:00.
Please do not forget to pick up your Auto Order within your Auto Order week.

● Due to the limited inventory, some products may not be available for pick-up.
● Auto Order must be picked up at USANA office within 4 weeks. Failure to do so may result in 90% refund of purchased price.

Leadership SummitEnglish

USANA Japan would like to invite hard-working leaders who are building a solid business to the Leadership Summit!
We want you to leave the Summit equipped with the tools to build a bigger, better business. Through top-notch training, face time with USANA management, and the chance to network with other emerging leaders, you’ll go home with more than memories—although there will be plenty of those, too.

Destination: Kyushu (southern part of Japan)
November 11th , 2015 through 15th (4 days)

How to Qualify

• Gold Directors and below who have not previously attended a Gold Retreat.
• Must average 600 Commission Volume Points (CVP) per week during a 13-week period, totaling 7,800 CVP or higher during the 13-week period.
• No more than 800 CVP will be counted for each week
• 20 percent of your total CVP must be generated from non-initial order volume

Other Conditions

• Must remain commission qualified from their Summit-qualification date to the time of the event.
• This prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• The fair market value may be considered income to the qualifier. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the qualifier.
• Qualifier and one guest will be provided with accommodations and round-trip airfare to the Leadership Summit destination. Travel will be arranged through USANA. Guests must be at least 18 years of age, with the exception that a qualifier who is a nursing mother may bring her baby as a guest.
• Any manipulation of this incentive and any improper business conducts will result in disqualification from this incentive in addition to any sanctions under the "Distributor Agreement".
• During the qualification period of the Leadership Summit, any product refund which affects the total counted CVP for qualifying the Summit may result in disqualification from this incentive.
