Notice of Price Revision and Business Hour ChangeEnglish

As you are all already aware, the recent surge in global raw material and shipping costs, coupled with rising labor costs and a weakening yen, is continuing to this day.

USANA conducts an annual price and point (SVP) review based on future market fluctuations and trends. We regret to inform you that we will be changing our prices again in 2024.

Effective Date: February 3, 2024 (SAT)

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask for your understanding and continued support.

Usana Japan Awards Night 2024English

Awards Night is an exclusive invite-only awards event where you can experience the joy of being rewarded for your efforts. Experience on-stage awards with certificates and commemorative gifts, a sumptuous full-course dinner, and entertainment. This will be a perfect evening full of excitement and emotion.

Who are invited?
Associate members who have achieved the following ranks during the qualification period, as well as Associate members who meet the requirements for the Future Leaders are invited.
The number of tickets that will be awarded depends on the rank you achieved.

Qualification Period: December 18, 2023 - Nov 22, 2024

New Silver Director... 2 Tickets
New Gold Director... 3 Tickets
New Ruby Director... 4 Tickets
New Emerald Director... 5 Tickets
New Diamond Director and above... 10 Tickets
New Executive... 4 Tickets

Rules and Conditions
• Only Associate members registered in Japan can participate in this promotion.
• Qualifier must remain commission qualified until the time of the event.
• If the qualifier achieve two or more titles (including Executive title), all applicable tickets will be awarded.
*For example, if you rank advanced to Gold Director and at the same time earn an Executive title, you will receive three Awards Night tickets for the new Gold Director and four additional tickets for the new Executive title, receiving a total of seven Awards Night tickets.
• Qualified Associate must attend the event to receive recognition, invite guests or any benefits (if any). If the qualifier is not able to attend the event, all tickets will be void and guests will not be able to attend.
• Awards Night is a business meeting focused on networking, training, and motivation. Please do not bring children under the age of 16.
• The participation in Awards Night is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for any other benefit.
• Any breach of the Associate Agreement and Policies and Procedures will prohibit Associate from participation in the event in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
• USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any qualifier from participating in the event, refuse to award kits or gifts, and require the return of any gifts or kits if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the event or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the event.

USANA greatly appreciates the hard work of our Associates at the Bronze Director level and below, who continue to build their Usana business with passion and conviction.

That's why Associates who are recognized as "Future Leaders" will also be invited to attend the Usana Japan Awards Night 2024.

How to become a Future Leader?
Associate members in the ranks of Bronze Director and below have the opportunity to become Future Leaders.
You will be recognized as a Future Leader if you fulfill the following conditions between December 18, 2023 and November 22, 2024:

1. If your current rank is BUILDER, or will advance to BUILDER rank, you must earn 200 CVP each week for four consecutive weeks.
⇒ You will receive 2 Awards Night tickets

2. If your current rank is ACHIEVER, or will advance to ACHIEVER rank, you must earn 400 CVP each week for four consecutive weeks.
⇒ You will receive 2 Awards Night tickets

3. If your current rank is DIRECTOR, or will advance to DIRECTOR rank, you must earn 600 CVP each week for four consecutive weeks.
⇒ You will receive 2 Awards Night tickets

4. If your current rank is BRONZE DIRECTOR, or will advance to BRONZE DIRECTOR rank, you must earn 800 CVP each week for four consecutive weeks.
⇒ You will receive 2 Awards Night tickets

[Other Rules and Condition]

• Only Associate members registered in Japan can participate in this promotion.
• Future Leader is only available to Associate Members at Bronze Director rank and below.
• Qualified Associate must remain active until the time of the event.
• Ony one achievement per rank is allowed. For example, if you achieve the Builder rank requirement (200 CVP x 4 weeks) twice, still only 2 people (you + 1 companion) will be invited to the Awards Night. If you wish to increase the number of tickets, you must move up to the next rank (Achiever) and earn the required commission for another 4 consecutive weeks.

Achiever: 400 CVP x 4 consecutive weeks = +2 tickets
Director: 600 CVP x 4 consecutive weeks = +2 tickets
Bronze Director: 800 CVP x 4 consecutive weeks = +2 tickets

USANA 2024 Family IncentiveEnglish

The "USANA Family Incentive 2024" was scheduled to be held in Jeju, Korea, but the venue will be changed to Fukuoka. Please note that the airfare subsidy will be changed accordingly.

Qualification for USANA 2024 Family Incentive starts today, August 21!
The USANA Family Incentive allows up to 8 people (qualifier + 7 guests) to participate, and includes round-trip airfare subsidy US$200, hotel accommodation for 3 days and 2 nights, fun activities, and meals during the trip.

Travel Destination: Fukuoka
Qualified Associates will be invited to an event held in Fukuoka city.

How to Qualify?

Qualification Period
▶ Period 1: 21 Aug, 2022 – 17 Nov, 2023
▶ Period 2: 20 Nov, 2023- 16 Feb, 2024
▶ Period 3: 19 Feb, 2024 – 17 May, 2024
▶ Period 3: 20 May, 2024 – 16 Aug, 2024

Associate must achieve the requirements below during one or more of the four qualification periods.

Requirements
Must generate required product sales (SVP), as defined in each qualification level below, from new personally sponsored Associates.

*Must generate product sales (SVP) from new personally sponsored Associates in each period. SVP from Preferred Customers are NOT counted.
*Must sponsor at least 2 new Associates (open at least 1BC) in each period.
*If newly enrolled Associates from the previous period continually generate SVP in the following period, their SVP will count towards the qualification.

Double Points Period
All SVPs counts double towards the qualification during the first 2 weeks of each qualification period. Double Points Period is limited to be used only once for each Associate. If someone qualifies in any period, whether or not he/she generated any SVP in the Double Points weeks, he/she is not eligible for Double Points in the rest of the periods.

Rules & Conditions
•Only product sales generated from Japan will be counted towards this incentive program. And this promotion is for Japan associates only.
•Each Incentive Program qualifier must remain commission-qualified from their qualification date to the time of the event.
•Qualifier must attend the trip to be eligible for inviting their guests.
•Qualifiers are allowed to invite guests only up to their qualification level and it is prohibited to bring any extra guest to the trip.
•Qualifiers are allowed to invite anyone as their guests.
•Qualifying for the incentive program is non-transferable, and if the qualifier cannot attend the incentive, the trip will be cancelled, and the guest will not be able to attend.
•Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e., policy violations, will result in disqualification from this incentive in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
•Any breach of the Associate Agreement and Policies and Procedures will prohibit Associate from participation in the event in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
•The fair market value may be considered income to the qualifier. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the qualifier
•Any prize is not non-transferable and is not redeemed for cash. USANA reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event if the advertised prize is unavailable.
•USANA reserves the right to discontinue modify the incentive at any time during the event period if events beyond USANA’s control compromise the event's fairness or integrity.
•USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the event, refuse to award kits or gifts, and require the return of any gifts or kits if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the event or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the event.
•USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the event.
•If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA’s control, which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this event, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue the event or modify or suspend the event, if possible and as necessary, to correct any issue that prevents the fair, secure and proper administration of the event.
•USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this event.
